Meet Brittany Peeler

Brittany is a transformational speaker, yoga teacher, and coach helping women break self-sabotaging patterns, build confidence, and trust themselves again. Since 2016, she has led transformational yoga programs rooted in embodiment, emotional honesty, nervous system awareness, and personal growth.

Her work blends modern psychology, recovery principles, yoga philosophy, identity work, and practical self-trust tools into a grounded, emotionally intelligent approach to transformation.
